  • “Nancy is the best - kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and her restorative yoga class is a lifesaver!”

Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic, low-effort practice suitable for all levels, using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in long-held, passive postures. By minimizing muscular engagement, this practice encourages parasympathetic nervous system activation, which may help reduce stress and support recovery. Classes may include gentle movement, breath awareness, and extended periods of stillness, and are commonly associated with improved sleep quality, reduced tension, and overall physical and mental well-being. While grounded in established restorative principles, each class is guided through the individual approach and experience of the instructor.

  • “Marni is a wizened instructor. Practice is challenging yet safe.”

Flow All-Levels offers a more dynamic practice, linking breath with fluid movement to build strength and flexibility. This energizing class challenges both body and mind, and modifications are provided for different abilities. Previous experience in foundational flow classes (Flow Basics or Slow Flow) is recommended to ensure comfort with the transitions and pace.

  • “Jeff is a wonderful teacher good class!”

Flow to Restore offers a gentle arc from movement into stillness.

In this 75-minute class, you’ll begin with an all-levels flow to release tension, build balanced strength, and open key areas of the body. The pace then slows for the final portion of class—about the last third—moving into supported restorative shapes that calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.

It’s an ideal end-of-week ritual to reset, soften, and reconnect.
