Slowly. Calmly. Deeply. Regularly.
We breathe all day, every day — yet how often do we notice the quality of our breath? Breath sustains us from moment to moment, more essential than food or water, yet its power to shape our health and well-being is often overlooked.
In this foundational workshop, Wei-Ming bridges modern science with the wisdom of yogic breathing practices. Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll learn accessible techniques to cultivate calm, clarity, and vitality.
Discover the “how” and “why” of functional, efficient breathing, and leave with simple practices you can integrate into daily life. No experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
Benefits of healthy breathing may include:
Stronger immune function
Reduced stress and anxiety
Greater emotional balance and self-awareness
This workshop blends gentle movement and quiet stillness, with time spent lying down or seated with support. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can best support you.
Note: Participants should be able to breathe through the nose.
