Since 1996, we’ve offered a variety of in-studio and livestream classes that support growth on the mat and off — whether you’re new to yoga or deepening a long-term practice.
We believe there is no “one right way” to practice — just your way. Our experienced instructors bring diverse backgrounds, teaching styles, and deep commitment to the practice, guiding students with clarity, integrity, and care. Our schedule includes a range of well-paced yoga classes, from gentle, restorative, and foundational Hatha styles to more dynamic flow-based practices, along with offerings that emphasize meditation and breath awareness. This variety makes classes accessible for beginners while offering depth for experienced practitioners. Our experienced instructors bring diverse teaching styles, and classes are never cookie-cutter. Rooted in the eight limbs of yoga, we strive to embody these principles in our teaching, our business, and our community.
