“Remember, the entrance door to the sanctuary is inside you.” - Rumi
“MJ teaches yoga from the inside out, so that the practice becomes a moving meditation with the body. She helps each of us find our edge of challenge while staying within the integrity of the body through moment-to-moment awareness. She brings a wonderful balance of exuberance and stillness to each class. As her student, I am grateful for her teaching and her building of yoga community over the years.” - Lynne Hyerle
