Jeff Wildenstein

A 2009 graduate of the 8 Limbs Yoga Teacher Training, Jeff is a sign language interpreter and writes poetry. While Jeff's class is an energizing flow, he brings warmth and compassion to his teaching as is his approach to his own practice. Jeff believes that while practicing asana, there are abundant lessons that present themselves and grant us access to the person we are and can become off the mat.
