DENISE CARRICO
is a certified Integral Yoga teacher and has been offering classes and workshops since 1987. Her work has enabled many cancer patients and sur- vivors to once again be comfortable in their bodies and hearts. Her approach is gentle, encouraging students to cultivate mindful awareness and loving kindness while learning to breathe more deeply and move more freely. It is here, in the breath and in the heartfulness, where the most profound healing takes place.
