Bryce mathern
Bryce Mathern has recently finished his Feldenkrais® practitioner training. He believes that Awareness Through Movement® classes are the way to bring about healing in the human experience. By opening up to new somatic patterns the possibility for change arises. This change happens in the whole self, healing our soul, heart and mind. In each Feldenkrais lesson taught in ATM classes he tries to help bring the somatic connections to help make people find their personal wholeness. Bryce has also been studying yoga for 5 years and has an active practice having completed the 8 Limb’s Yoga Teacher Training in 2004.
