Anne Phyfe Palmer
Owner and Director

Anne Phyfe (it's a double first name) dedicated herself to the practice of yoga in 1994 after 10 years of teaching aerobics and movement classes as a side job through high school and college. In 1996 she opened 8 Limbs Yoga Centers to bring together yoga teachers with an inclusive and open-minded style of teaching the traditional aspects, or limbs, of yoga. Anne Phyfe's focus in practice is to find both energy and calm through these ancient practices. Anne Phyfe has been teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga since 1998, and was named Best Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher by both Seattle Metropolitan and Seattle Magazines.

My teachers: Rod Stryker, Shari Friedrichsen, Tias Little, Sarah Powers, and children Lily and Coco.

“I am grateful for moments of connection to Spirit, to the Source of wisdom that lies within all of us.”
- Anne Phyfe

Practicing since: 1994
Teaching since: 1996
