Have you ever noticed that you feel “more like yourself” during a particular time of year, or even a particular time of day? Do you thrive in a particular climate? Do you notice correlations between the tension or relaxation in certain areas of your body as you interact with others, situations or with seasons? What is it about your nature that resonates with Mother’s Nature?
If you have a desire to understand those relationships and work towards inner balance the 5 Elements Yoga Workshop Series will give you a simple understanding, a different perspective, along with postures to aid and promote harmony within your world and with the outside for each particular Season & Element.
Each workshop will provide you with basic knowledge of the meridians in your body that correlate to the current Season, postures which encourage the opening of Chi Flow in these meridians, and a glimpse of emotional and archetypal aspects that relate to the current Element. Integrating the physical practice of yoga with the abundant lessons offered by nature, this workshop will guide the practitioner towards a new awareness of how deeply connected we are as body, mind, and spirit as individuals and on a universal collection.

Cost: $25/workshop up to 5 days in advance, $35 after.
About Amelia Gailey
Amelia was introduced to meditation and yoga at a young age. She has been teaching since 1999. Her Vinyasa style has been influenced through training with well known teachers in Seattle & nationally. Her classes are infused with her studies of philosophy, psychology, her curiosity for spirituality, & her love of living in the moment. She is currently pursuing a degree in 5 Element Acupuncture.
