Do you sit at a computer all day? Are you struggling with shoulder and neck pain? Do you wake up feeling stiff in the morning? This 8-week series is designed to help you find a way to eliminate that annoying neck and shoulder pain many of us feel. We are looking to find ways to reduce the effort in the neck and shoulders as well as creating better posture for sitting comfortably. We will use very gentle movements to reduce any tensions your feeling throughout your upper extremities.
