8 LIMBS 500-HOUR TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
Our 500-hour program is a flexible opportunity to extend one’s training/learning as a yoga instructor. You may enter the program once you have received your 200-hour RYT Certificate from 8 Limbs or other certified yoga school.
Each year, you will have the opportunity to take the contact hours necessary to complete your 500-hour work, or spread the hours over more than one year. There are additional non-contact hours that one must complete before applying for your Certificate, including 100 hours of yoga teaching. You may enroll in this program at any time during the year. Visiting Master Teachers:
Friday Practicum, 12:00 – 5:30pm, 8 Limbs Capitol Hill
Two Fridays per month from October through September
Cost: $110 per class, $475 for 5 session pass, $1,680 for all 21 classes from October 2008 through September of 2009.
Schedule: 12-1:15pm Level III Asana Practice, followed by short break and lecture/practice til 5:30pm .

*Jo requires that all attendees of her Yoga Sutras classes take all four sessions sequentially.
Art of Teaching Practicum

Saturdays, 12-4pm, 8 Limbs Capitol Hill All hours are Practicum (PR)
Cost: $85 per session, $600 for entire practicum.

To Enroll:
1. Answer the following questions and mail in two copies with your enrollment fee of $75 (this covers the administrative work involved in tracking your training hours) and a copy of your 200-hour RYT certificate. Include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on the enrollment questions.
