The science helps my analytical side realize that my intuitive side is not way off base. Eckhart Tolle's books (The Power of Now is my favorite), Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor and her account of experiencing her stroke and my 200 hr yoga teacher training have all helped me begin meditation and being her NOW. I also blend quantum physics and how all things are connected at subatomic levels, so why can't we be connected at complex levels? I too like the blend of science and yoga spirituality.
